In order to implement the Party Central Committee's policies and measures to promote the development of the western region and to promote the better applicability of water conservancy machinery to water conservancy projects in plateau and high-altitude areas, on August 9, 2024, a research team from the Ministry of Water Resources Comprehensive Affairs Bureau visited Shaoyang Hydraulics to conduct a field research on the company's design and manufacturing experience of sluice gate products suitable for the special working conditions of plateau and high-altitude areas.
The company's hydraulic sluice gate complete sets of equipment products have been successfully applied in the Lhasa River dam project in the Tibet Autonomous Region. In the complex working conditions of large diurnal temperature differences, strong winds and sand, and strong ultraviolet radiation in plateau and high-altitude areas, since commissioning, it has demonstrated reliable product quality and operating performance.
The research team conducted an on-site investigation of the company's production workshop and had in-depth exchanges with the management and technical teams. They learned in detail about the company's performance of hydraulic sluice gate products used in plateau and high-altitude areas and listened to the company's innovation and practice in technical development strategies, key processes, selection of hydraulic systems and electrical components, and overall solutions for hydraulic sluice gate products under the unique environmental conditions of plateau and high-altitude areas.
