Nuclear power quick-cutting series servo hydraulic cylinder

The hydraulic actuator of quick-cut valve is a hydraulic control device designed and developed for the TRT quick-cut valve of nuclear power system. Its main structure consists of: 1. Control valve group: by the pressure reducing valve, hydraulic control check valve, solenoid valve and cartridge valve, see the system schematic diagram. 2. Quick cylinder: composed of special cylinder and spring. 3. Transmission box: composed of box body, shift fork and transmission rod. The hydraulic control system composed of the above components realizes the slow opening, slow closing, fast closing and swimming of the fast cutting valve through the power provided by the power source of the main system.
