What are the three common troubleshooting techniques for liquid flow valves. The common faults of liquid flow valve include flow regulation failure, unstable flow and increased internal leakage. Here, the troubleshooting methods of the three major faults are briefly introduced for your reference.
What are the three common troubleshooting techniques for liquid flow valves. The common faults of liquid flow valve include flow regulation failure, unstable flow and increased internal leakage. Here, the troubleshooting methods of the three major faults are briefly introduced for your reference.

First of all, it is mainly the failure of flow regulation. This refers to the adjustment of the throttle regulation department. The oil outlet has not changed. The rest is due to the radial jam of the valve core and the failure of the throttle regulation department. When the pressure relief valve core or the throttle valve core is in the fully closed position, the radial jam will cause no oil in the oil outlet. When the pressure relief valve core or the throttle valve core are in the fully open position or when the throttle valve core is adjusted, the radial jam will cause no change in the oil output of the throttle adjustment department. In addition, when the throttle adjustment department fails, the adjusting screw can not move axially, so that the flow rate of the oil outlet chamber does not change. When the valve core is stuck or the throttle adjustment department fails, it should be cleaned and repaired. When the flow is not disorderly and the throttle type liquid flow valve is adjusted and locked, the phenomenon of flow is not disorderly sometimes occurs, especially when the flow is not disorderly. The main reason is that the locking device is loose, the throttle department is blocked, the oil temperature rises, the minimum pressure difference between the inlet and outlet chambers is too low, and the inlet and outlet chambers are reversed. When the oil flow reverses through the QF valve body, the pressure reducing valve The throttle valve does not have a pressure compensation effect, making the valve body a throttle valve. Therefore, when the oil pressure in and out of the oil chamber changes, the flow rate will change, which will cause the flow rate to be not chaotic.

When the sealing surface, such as decompression valve core, throttle valve core and one-way valve core sealing surface wear is too large, will cause the increase in leakage, so that the flow is not disorderly, especially will affect the flow valve small not disorderly flow.
