Under normal circumstances, the hydraulic pump is not working, and the valve is opened or closed by the energy of the accumulator. Only when the pressure of the accumulator is low, the oil pump is turned on to supply oil to the accumulator. When the oil pressure reaches a certain value, the pump stops working again.
